  • Tilt-in cleaning of both the upper and lower sash from the comfort and safety of the inside of your home.
  • Double locks and double night latches for security and safety.
  • Half screens are standard; full screens are optional.
  • The Vintage Replacement Series uses a Stainless Steel coil-spring constant force balance system ensures fingertip operation and superior performance in harsh environments.
  • The Vintage New Construction Series utilizes an inverted block and tackle balance.

  • Both sashes are operable in a two lite slider.

Enviro-Foam Filling Option

B.F. Rich’s polyurethane Enviro-Foam increases thermal performance in their windows. Enviro-Foam can be injected into the cavities inside a vinyl frame to reduce heat transfer rates, and improve condensation resistance.
